If you look at historic weather in Toronto over the past few years, you'll see that early May has average low temperatures of around 7° C and average high temperatures of around 17° C. Sunrise breaks at around 6 a.m.
You'll want to dress business casual for most of the events (see our schedule here). During the day, choose comfortable shoes as you will be walking and standing a lot. In the evenings, you can dress it up or down a bit, depending on your personal style, and bring a light jacket.
The one special event to plan for is the CPF Gala Dinner, celebrating ILAC's 25th Anniversary on Sunday, May 8.
The official dress code is silver and black formal wear to commemorate ILAC's silver jubillee.
