As 2021 comes to a close, many of us are taking time to reflect on the year that has passed and the new one ahead of us.
For ILAC, 2021 was a year of rebirth, as we navigated the pandemic by organizing thousands of online English classes, countless Zoom meetings across time zones and Virtual CPFs in every market and language. We have been very impressed with how our students and partners quickly adapted to an uncertain future with humour, confidence and resilience, and most of all hope.
While the pandemic moves into 2022, our human spirit pushes onward and life continues. In the words of Nick Fury in The Avengers (2012):
"Until such time as the world ends, we will act as though it intends to spin on."
Five months from now, ILAC will be hosting the Canada Partnership Forum (CPF) Toronto on May 6-8, 2022. We are excited to invite you back to Toronto and show you all the incredible things that ILAC and its partners have been working on over the past two years.
We have planned an exciting program for you with many special events to showcase Canadian higher education and celebrate ILAC's 25th birthday.
